Bakery & Pastry

More than 140 employees work on the creation of the highest quality products. At the moment, more than 36 types of confectionery products are produced, 60 varieties of bakery products are baked.

Chocolate

Our chocolatiers use premium quality cocoa beans from exotic locations around the world such as Colombia, Venezuela and the Côte d’Ivoire. Production excluding any powders and vegetable oils to keep all the vitamins and beneficial elements of original chocolate.

Ice-cream

Our original Italian ice cream recipes may be centuries old, but the equipment we use to produce them is at the vanguard of catering technology in Europe.

Bamberg Brewery

In the market of Uzbekistan Bamberg beer first appeared in October 2008. Nowadays, we are expanding places where our beer is sold and it exceeds more than 60 restaurants and bars. The factory is equipped with European machinery, technology and raw materials, which helps us to produce beer of exclusive quality.
